Vision: A community of healthy and positively productive and drug-free residents.
Mission: To strengthen the capacity of the youth and residents of the City of Bridgeton to create and maintain safe, healthy and drug free lifestyles as an expected and accepted norm through offering:
- A continuum of high quality prevention programs, cultural and social experiences
- Intervention and treatment referral services
- Developing relationships with appropriate partners to advocate positive individual, environmental and community change together.

Center For Family Services-Services Empowering Rights of Victims provides 24-hour entry emergency shelter for women and their minor children who are victims of domestic violence.
Provides safe and supportive housing for:
- Children and teens in need of a safe place to live
- Moms and their babies in need of safe housing
- Women and their children escaping domestic violence

Lunch is served Monday through Friday. Located in the basement of St. Teresa of Avila Church
Bethany Grace Food Pantry & Shower Program
Bethany holds a weekly non-perishable food pantry program on Sundays at 12:30 PM. During the same time, the church also offers showers, toiletries, and clean-undergarments to individuals experiencing homelessness.
